1Introduction

These Terms & Conditions (hereinafter referred to as "Terms", "Agreement", or "T&C") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "You") and Papilo99 (hereinafter referred to as "Papilo99", "We", "Us", or "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the Papilo99 online gaming platform, accessible at papilo99.cam, including all associated services, features, promotions, and content provided therein.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or otherwise accessing the Papilo99 platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

2Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Platform" means the Papilo99 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming and betting services operated under the domain papilo99.cam.
• "Account" means the individual registered account created by a User to access the Platform's services.
• "Player Funds" means any real-money balance held within a Player's Account, including deposits, winnings, and any bonus credits where applicable.
• "Bonus Funds" means promotional credits awarded under specific bonus offers, subject to separate wagering and withdrawal conditions as stated in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and document verification process required to process withdrawals and confirm account eligibility.
• "Wagering Requirement" (also "Rollover") means the number of times bonus funds must be wagered before any derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Responsible Gambling Tools" means the suite of player-protection features available on the Platform, including deposit limits, session reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion.
• "MYR" / "RM" means Malaysian Ringgit, the primary currency supported by the Papilo99 platform for Malaysian players.

3Account Eligibility

To open and maintain an account with Papilo99, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. Papilo99 strictly prohibits access by persons under the age of 21. This age requirement is actively enforced through KYC verification procedures.
• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) acting on your own behalf.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current or former employee, contractor, officer, or director of Papilo99, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You must not be accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable law.
• You must not have been previously self-excluded or excluded from the Platform by administrative action.

4Account Registration

4.1 One Account Per Player

Each individual Player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the Papilo99 platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details, IP addresses, devices, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

4.2 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information at the time of registration and to update this information promptly if any details change. Papilo99 reserves the right to verify the information provided at any time. Providing false or misleading registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your account access with any third party. Papilo99 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised use of your account where such use results from your failure to maintain adequate security of your login credentials.

5Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Deposits

Papilo99 accepts deposits via a range of payment methods available to Malaysian players, including but not limited to: DuitNow Transfer, FPX Online Banking, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost eWallet, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Visa/Mastercard, and supported cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH, USDT, LTC).

The minimum deposit amount is RM30 for most payment methods and the equivalent of MYR 30 for cryptocurrency deposits. Papilo99 does not charge deposit fees, though your payment provider may apply its own charges.

5.2 Withdrawals

All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of the KYC verification process. Players must verify their identity by submitting a valid government-issued photo identification document and proof of payment method prior to the first withdrawal.

Papilo99 targets withdrawal processing within 15 to 30 minutes for verified accounts under normal operating conditions. Processing times may vary during peak periods or where additional compliance review is required.

5.3 Withdrawal Restrictions

Papilo99 reserves the right to withhold or delay any withdrawal where:

• KYC verification has not been completed;
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or money laundering;
• Active wagering requirements on bonus funds have not been satisfied;
• The withdrawal method differs materially from the deposit method without documented justification;
• The account is under investigation for a breach of these Terms.

6Bonus & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All promotional offers made available by Papilo99 are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each individual promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms herein and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds awarded under promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any winnings derived from those funds may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier (e.g., X10, X15, X20) will be clearly stated in the promotion details. For example, a RM100 bonus with a X15 wagering requirement requires a total of RM1,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal eligibility is established.

6.3 Game Contribution Rates

Not all game categories contribute equally towards the clearance of wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute at a rate of 100%, while live table games (Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette) generally contribute at 10%–20%. The specific contribution rate for each game category will be stated in the applicable promotion terms.

6.4 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play

While a bonus balance is active, the maximum permitted bet per round or per spin is capped, typically in the range of MYR 250 to MYR 500, as specified in the promotion terms. Placing bets that exceed this threshold while a bonus is active may result in the voiding of the bonus and any associated winnings.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

All bonus offers carry an expiry window, after which unclaimed or uncleared bonus funds will be forfeited. Standard expiry windows are 7, 14, or 30 days from the date of bonus crediting, as specified per promotion. Players are advised to review the expiry terms of each promotion before claiming.

6.6 Bonus Abuse

Papilo99 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, low-variance wagering strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements, and coordinated exploitation of promotional offers. Where bonus abuse is detected, Papilo99 reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and/or terminate the account.

7Fair Use & Prohibited Conduct

By using the Papilo99 platform, you agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities:

• Using software, robots, scrapers, or any automated tool to access or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or glitches — any winnings derived from such exploitation are not payable;
• Engaging in fraudulent chargebacks or disputed transactions in bad faith;
• Using the Platform to facilitate money laundering or any other financial crime;
• Impersonating another person or entity, or misrepresenting your identity during KYC or in any communication with Papilo99;
• Engaging in any activity that disrupts, degrades, or impairs the operation of the Platform or the experience of other players.

8Intellectual Property

All content on the Papilo99 platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, logos, trade marks, text, and design elements — is the exclusive intellectual property of Papilo99 or its licensed content providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right, title, or licence to reproduce, distribute, modify, or otherwise exploit any proprietary content from the Platform without the prior written consent of Papilo99.

9Account Suspension & Termination

Papilo99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any account at its sole discretion, with or without notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms;
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, abuse, or criminal activity;
• Provision of false or inaccurate registration information;
• Discovery that the Player is under 21 years of age;
• Player request for self-exclusion under the Responsible Gambling framework.

Upon termination for cause, Papilo99 may forfeit any bonus balances or bonus-derived winnings. Real-money deposits that are not in dispute will be returned to the Player via the original payment method where operationally possible.

10Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Papilo99 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits;
• Interruption of service due to technical issues, maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Delays in processing deposits or withdrawals caused by third-party payment providers;
• Losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

Papilo99's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the net deposits made by you to the Platform in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11Responsible Gambling

Papilo99 is committed to promoting responsible gambling across its platform. We recognise that for a small proportion of players, gambling can become problematic, and we take this responsibility seriously.

The following Responsible Gambling tools are available to all registered players via their account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts;
• Loss Limits: Cap your maximum loss per period;
• Session Time Reminders: Receive automatic alerts at configurable intervals;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your account and request removal from marketing communications.

12Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Papilo99 holds its international gaming licence. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through Papilo99's internal complaints procedure shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in the applicable licensing territory.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent Papilo99 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief in any competent court.

13Amendments

Papilo99 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time without prior notice. The date of the most recent revision will be displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following any such amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes.
